No. The CMS Website Platform gives full control to administrator and doesn't require the administrator to have any programming knowledge. The system requires simple computer skills such as MS Word.

Yes! The ability to create permission groups and administer users gives you the ability to create a site that is accessible only to authorized users. Permission groups give you even more flexibility to show/hide information to different types of employees.

What are Permission Levels and how are they Beneficial?
Permission levels control and limit access to information and authoring capabilities to ensure that information on your site is only being authored by individuals with the permission and knowledge to do so. They provide levels of access to the website content through a username and password to update, edit, publish or view content.
Permission levels are assigned by the CMS Administrator based on the content the administrator wants a person to be able to access. This allows the Administrator to assign content tasks to their staff. It also allows the Administrator to assign logins to visitors to view private content.
- What Kind of Training do you Offer?
What Kind of Training do you Offer?
All Content Management System hosting packages include one hour of website administration training. This training will be performed remotely using Microsoft Live Meeting, covering topics such as editing text and images and using the file manager. More advanced training can be purchased at an additional cost.
In addition, online documentation is available by clicking on the "Training" tab.
